This article have laid important emohasis on the number of Buddhist copper sculptures unearthed from Tai’an which is dated form the 10~th year of Taihe(494 A.D.) the Northern Wei Dynasty and made a comprehensive analysis to presentation the omportant of those Buddhist copper sculptures had plated in the process of creation activity of what so called the Qingzhou style in Chinese Buddhist art and its important function in form. And then this article go further on discussing other Buddhist sculoture which were dated the tyoical period of the formalistic Qingzhou style that were found that formalistic Qingzhou style had combined some exotic elements in the Buddhist image while at the same had spread the eastensive infuence of the Qingzhou style over outside of Qingzhou Aresa.
