The Humanistic Buddhism initially proposed by Master Taixu until now, it is becoming the main viewpoint of the Chinese Buddhism. The fostering and development of the Humanistic Buddhism is because certain essences of Buddhism neglected in the past have been manifested. Such essences should be respected and practiced. More important, Humanistic Buddhism not only insists on the fundamental Buddhist spirit, but also improved the traditional Buddhist thoughts. When conveying the ultimate ideals, Humanistic Buddhism indicated its concept of "concord" and how to deal with the relations with other religions.
