This article tries to reveal the Buddhist ways and ethics of governance (weizheng zhi dao), which plays an important role in the topic of political ethics in Humanistic Buddhism. The author has examined six aspects of this topic, namely, ten faults and merits, five inappropriate and correct methods, five lovely methods and five ways to access to these methods, four graces, seven non-backsliding methods, and ten correct methods. These ethics and methods remain valuable references in contemporary societies.
