There are scores of paintings in Dunhuang’s frescos, which not only offers the information about the site, the situation of “Hui Shi”, the seating arrangement and the number of people in a banquet, but also reflects the people′s ideas on the honor and humbleness about the orientation, order of seats as well as men and women.
