In 1900, the Library Cave in Dunhuang Mogao Caves was found by Wang Yuanlu, a Daoist lived in Dunhuang from Macheng of Hubei Proince. In 1907, Aurel Stein, a British archaeologist came here and brought a large mount of the Dunhuang manuscripts and paintings painted on paper, silk and so on to London and Delhi. Since then, Paul Pelliot from France, S. F. Oldenburg from Russian, Langdon Warner from USA and Otani Expeditions from Japan came one affter another, more historical cultal relics were runned off from Dunhuang to Paris, St. Petersburg, Tokyo, Kyoto, Helsinki, Kopenhagen, Princeton etc. In this paper, author has the paintings, sculptures, and related historical cultural relics (besides the manusoripts) from Dunhang classified, arranged in order and counted.
