A few articles on the Han Dynasty wooden slips from Dunhuang,which have been recently published consecutively,have proposed a lot of helpful ideas on Dunhuang in the Han Dynasty.However,there are also some problems that need correcting or discussing,for example,"tu-min(banished prisoners) does not mean "xi-min(immigrant people) as the prisoners could go back home finally,while the immigrants could not;the "tally of detective" unearthed from a tree beacon dates back to the Jin Dynasty;and the text of the "pagoda-shaped wood slip" needs reinterpreting.
