| 摘要 | 嘛呢石刻藝術是藏族傳統文化中對藏傳佛教崇拜的具象表現，是藏區一種獨特的民間文化。嘛呢石刻藝術通過對六字真經的刻畫，引導人們「超脫」現實，精神上趨向神的世界，獲得心靈安撫和精神慰藉，緩解、擺脫對世俗功名利祿的執著，減少或消除人們心中的痛苦、恐懼和悲觀等情緒，從而獲得心理平衡，釋放人們內心的壓力或負罪感，最終達到精神上的解脫。嘛呢石刻藝術具有促進社會和諧與社會教化的意義，嘛呢石刻藝術還具有心理疏導的意義。
The art of Mani carved on the stones is a particular expression of worshiping the Tibetan Buddhism in the culture of Tibetan Buddhism. The Mani stone carved art leads people to surmount the reality and turn to the world of "god" mentally hence to achieve spiritual comfort and release or get rid of the seeking for common customs through the carving of "six classics characters". It also helps to reduce or eliminate the pain, sorrow and pessimism in people's hearts hence to achieve psychological balance. The Mani carved stone art has the significance of promoting social harmony and social civilization with the function of psychological leading. |
