It examines in this article the uddānas of Zeng-Yi-A-Han-Jing (“Ekottarikāgama”, T125)”, their correspondent texts and ‘The Preface of Zeng-Yi-A-Han-Jing‘by Shih Dao-An. Major differences among them and their meanings are explained. Next to it, each sutta is identified against the existing uddāna if any. By highlighting differences among them, characteristics of uddānas in Zeng-Yi-A-Han-Jing are explored. Finally, it examines the inconsistencies between ‘the title of each vagga’ and its correlated uddāna(s). After investigating the sources of these titles, there is a proposal from the author to explain it.
