All the pains and misfortunes suffered by the human are from their own ignorance troubles, its roots are lying in the stubborn self-centered consciousness with the most important three manifestations of greed, hate and ignorance. The root of troubles is the problem of heart, and "confidence" in the final analysis, that is, humans do not believe in their inner ability and potential, only believe the external material forces and technical means. Buddhism is heart-centered, practicing Buddhist doctrine is the whole process of fertilizing heart, and its concrete steps are "listening, thinking and practicing".
