In the construction of fate community in Asia, Theravada Buddhism has distinct location advantages. In communication with different countries along the "One Belt one Road", we can develop religious positive energy and cultural strategic fulcrum of Theravada Buddhism. Depending on its religious network organization, we can strengthen the cultural soft power of Theravada Buddhism, build up a world cultural cooperation mechanism in depth, and generate an equal and tolerant model of international dialogue base on the premise of taking equality, tolerance and understanding, and communication between the world civilizations as cultural cooperation mechanism. At the same time, we can continue to build up cultural location advantages to make up the lack of economic location forces using religious forces, and generate an exchange mechanism of advantage complementarities between cultural and economic location.
