In the period of Republic of China,Han and Tibetan Buddhist Circles which was deeply concerned with the national fate and their historical responsibility,consciously recognized the inter-dependent relationship between culture and politics in the development of modern Buddhist culture.The exchange built on the homogeneous cultural origin not only enhanced the acquaintance and experience-sharing between Han and Tibetan Buddhist Circles,but also reflected the overriding and supplementary factors of culture on the politics in the process of gradual expansion.
