To cope with the rapid progress of new technology and challenges we are facing nowadays, new approaches should be developed for bodhisattva-carya. Various Taiwan’s Buddhist NGO are taking different path for bodhisattva-carya. Apart from promoting and sharing Buddha’s teachings, these organizations are aiming on aspects such as environmental protection, Medicare, education and social activities to enhance social wellbeing. This article is to focus on the very unique area, donation of Hematopoietic Stem Cells, anti-legalizing the gambling business and peace therapy. The article will illustrate the course of development of each area, the results delivered from past years, and summarize with the implications (or meanings) from Buddhism’s point of view. These bodhisattva-carya and Dependent Origination in the technology era have done through much sufferings indeed.
