In this paper, we present the critical Tibetan text of the second half of the Sarvadharma section of the Munimatālaṃkāra (from the part of saṃyojanas section to the closing remarks). We published the first half (from the opening remarks to the part of avyākr tamūla section) in Akahane and Yokoyama [2014]. For the explanatory notes and the bibliography, see the previous paper. The Additional Bibliography (appended below) consists of additional texts and studies employed while editing the second half of the text. In March, 2015, the Sanskrit text of the Sarvadharma section of the MMA was published by X. Li (China Tibetology Research Center) and K. Kano (Koyasan University). In order to make it easier to cross-refer the Tibetan and Sanskrit texts, the following edition includes page references to the Sanskrit version at the end of each of the section titles.
