Because most economic documents from Dunhuang temples are fragmental, relevant information such as the date and the temple they belonged to are frequently unknown. This undoubtedly affects the research value of these manuscripts. After piecing together 11 such fragments from different temples in ancient Dunhuang, this paper makes a study on the age of each manuscript and the name of the temple it belongs to, and restores any other information that can be determined during the process.
