近二十年來,歐洲與美國的心理學界已將源於佛教的「正念治療」(Mindfulness Therapy)視為重要的治療技巧,本文研究可視為是種嘗試性比較,即從個人參與南華大學宗教學研究所「MBST正念治療的實踐與理論」(Application and Theory of Mindfulness-Based Suffering Therapy)課程,進行本論文研究分析,考察正念日記寫作與自我療癒之可能性。
“Mindfulness Therapy”, coming from Buddhism has been used as an important treatment skill in American and European psychology field for the past two decades. This paper is a attempt comparison. That is, according to the class「Application and Theory of Mindfulness-Based Suffering Therapy」which I myself took in Graduate Institute of Religious Studies, Nanhua University this thesis analyzes discusses, examines the Mindfulness diary writing and the possibility of worth progressive healing.
The structure of thesis has five chapters. Except Introduction and Conclusion, the other chapters are the main research bodies. About the main research bodies, mindfulness is based on early Buddha scripture, Join the accept of mindfulness in new era and discusses the transfer in different perspectives. Moreover, in order to achieve the four main themes approaches, the thesis is divided into "mindfulness" "mindfulness therapy", "mindfulness diary", "self-healing" Chapter 2, "from mindfulness, mindfulness therapy to mindfulness diary" and Chapter 3 "mindfulness diary basic theory", can be considered the explanation and exploitation on the topic of mindfulness . As for the fourth chapter is based on the previous two chapters and further discusses mindfulness diary through life and growth stories. how the meaning of mindfulness achieves physical and mental self-healing.
