建國70年=70 years of the founding of the People’s Republic of China; 儒佛關系=the relevance between Confucianism and Buddhism; 思想觀念=ideological concepts; 儒士佛教觀=Buddhism view of the Confucianists; 高僧儒學觀=Confucian views of eminent monks
The research of the relevance between Confucianism and Buddhism in the 70 years of the founding of the People’s Republic of China is divided into three dimensions: one is the dimension of ideological concepts, that is, the relevance between Confucianism and Buddhism is mainly studied by comparing concepts and propositions; the other is the dimension of Buddhism view of the Confucianists, that is, it mainly relies on the Confucian scholars’ cognition, understanding and evaluation of Buddhism to investigate the relevance between Confucianism and Buddhism; the third is the dimension of Confucian view of the eminent monks, that is, the relevance between Confucianism and Buddhism is explored by Gao Seng’s cognition, understanding and evaluation of Confucianism. This three-dimensional study is not only conducive to a comprehensive, profound and accurate understanding of the relevance between Confucianism and Buddhism, but also has important academic value for promoting the study of the relevance between Confucianism and Buddhism in the new era.
