The full name of "LOHAS" is "Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability". It is a new cultural thinking and value concept that has risen in modern times, which not only emphasizes the overall health of the body, mind and spirituality of the human individual, but also emphasizes the harmony between the whole society and diverse cultures, as well as the sustainable development of nature and ecological environment. "LOHAS" is also a pursuit of spiritual authenticity and moral ethics, and the healing and integration of dualistic ideas and values of human culture. The author combed through the Buddhist scriptures and found that there are many views that embody the thinking of "LOHAS", and after reading the literature on "LOHAS", I also found that many Lohasian are practitioners of Dharma, which shows that Dharma and "LOHAS" have a considerable degree of affinity between the two "awakening" currents of thought in different eras. Today's Dharma, while it has developed and flourished in the form of religion and has a deep theoretical foundation, lacks a language that is compatible and interactive with modern society; and "LOHAS" lacks a complete theoretical foundation despite its multicultural and wide language compatibility. The integration of the two should be able to develop a solid and approachable awakening culture in the modern society. "Amitābha" is the most well-known popular term in Dharma, not only as the main deity of the Pure Land sect of Buddhism, but also as the total destination of the 84,000 Dharma theories, and the representative of the concept of "integration" within III Dharma. This study uses the "literature analysis" method to explore the theory of "Amitābha", and presents the connotation of "LOHAS" from "Amitābha" in the form of tabular classification and comparison. The teaching philosophy of Dharma shows the importance of achieving ultimate health and sustainability for both individuals and the environment, and the teachings of "Amitābha" is the complete embodiment of "LOHAS" and further interpret the ultimate goal and form of "LOHAS". If the integration of these two can be realized, I believe it will help the modern world with a moral trend to move towards "LOHAS" and the "Pure Land".
