The fi ndings show there are four elements of well-being that when combining together, they will arise the holistic well-beings. The Holistic Well-beings characterize the innate body, social moral, calm mind, and the awakening wisdom, respectively. They are the fourfold outcome of the holistic well-beings. Such outcomes are the result of the Balanced Way of life when the human’s needs according to the Maslow’s hierarchy of Needs; Physiological, Safety, Social, Esteem, and Self-actualization Needs, are fulfi lled. There are four ways of Well-beings promotion, which are, (1) practicing contentment to promote the physical well-being; (2) observing the Five Precepts, having good friends, practicing the principles of service, to promote the moral well-being; (3) practicing tranquil meditation and the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to promote the mental well-being; and (4) augmenting the wisdom by the practice of the four foundations of mindfulness and the fourfold paths. As a result, the “Well-beings” and “Balance Way”, the highest purpose will be fi nally achieved.
