This study is to explore the impact on high school teachers’ teaching philosophy and educational practices after studying the caring education from BWF of Culture and Education during their career. In order to achieve the above research purpose, this study adopts the case study method with four high school teachers from BW Educational Park and five high school teachers from the North Area of BW Association as the subjects of the study. First, to summarize the process of teaching reflection and self-transforming after the teachers from BW Educational Park studying the caring education based on the interview data. Then explain the features and effectiveness of the practice on caring education by BWF teachers according to the interviews records with teachers and the feedback document from the students. This study divides the research question into three parts for exploration. First, why do BWF teachers insist on practicing the caring education and what is the importance of caring education to teachers? And what is the importance of teachers’ practicing caring education for adolescent? Second, to understand the transformation process of BWF teachers after they studying the caring education; Third, the specific methodology that BWF teachers practicing caring education. Regarding the research question of “Why BWF teachers insist on practicing the caring education and the importance of caring education to the teachers”, the research results show that caring education not only helps to improve the relationship between teachers and students but also helps BWF teachers to achieve their goal of self-improvement and make them happier and longer on their road to education. Regarding the research question of “the importance of teachers’ practicing caring education for adolescent”, the research results show that teachers practicing caring education can help to enhance the inner strength of adolescent’s spirit due to teachers always use their eyes to discover the beauty and practice OMAK to the adolescent. The adolescent’s hearts become softer, more sensible, easy to be gracious to the teachers and even have the courage to face difficulties. Regarding to the research question “the transformation process of BWF teachers after they studying the caring education”, the research results show that caring education is the course for teachers’ self-spiritual advancement. Teachers find that most need to change is their own heart. In addition, they must sincerely love the students and also look at the performance of adolescent in a positive way. Regarding to the research question “the specific methodology that BWF teachers practicing caring education”, the research results show that caring education is the transmission from heart to heart and emphasizing that teachers should lead by example. The specific methods applied are nothing more than observing, listening, accepting, companying, waiting and talking. Caring education does not emphasize that it’s okay as long as teachers have love and patience, the key point is teachers should understand the hearts of students.
