The paper, from the understanding and explanation of Tsongkhaba on prajna medium system of Indo-Chinese Tibetan Mahayana, revealed the origin, development of Zhongdao Doctrine in India, its introduction and change in Chinese Tibetan context, and division and name from Chinese Tibetans. On this base, the paper concluded and qualatatively analyzed its philosophical theory, and illustrated the localization, chinization and inevitability from the perspective of hermeneutics.
