The Record of the Transmission of the Lamp is an early popular Chan Buddhism lamp record written by Daoyuan, a Buddhist monk of the Fayen Sect. There were three pieces of Xixia accordion-binding manuscript of The Record of the Transmission of the Lamp, numbered Ф. 229B, Ф. 241B and K.
