In the fourth year of Wude,Fu Yi presented "Reduction of Monastic Abolition:Eleven Terms" to the Emperor Gao Zu and requested for the abolition of Buddhist dharma,of which "Eleven Benefits for the Country and the People",was lost.Though included in Quan Tang Wen,it was complied in disorder,lacking strict style and source.The compilation by NISIYAM A HUKIKO from Japan could not be strictly treated as literature for its basis on the study of Po Xie Lun.Nowadays,with references to rebuttal of Fu Yi from Fa Lin,Ming Gai,Li Shizheng and Dao Shi,the "Eleven Benefits" was compiled and recovered in Dao Xuan’s Resolutions to Puzzles of Elected Ministers.
