With wide use of cyber education, the number of lecture contents using character agents is increasing. The character agent-based lecture contents have "Persona Effect" which brings more attention and interests of student using character agent shaped in human or animal, while normal lecture contents with narration do not have the effect. In the paper, we suggest lecture scenario technique of the Buddhist Culture using character agent. The proposed method is divided into two techniques. First, the lecture contents is defined in three kinds: static, dynamic, and adaptive contents to provide student with content which fits proper level of student and purpose of lecture. Each contents are designed to provide the best kind of content in cyber education environment. Next, the proposed character script controls the three kinds of contents to convey information to students. According to the kind of contents, it plays lecture in traditional teaching way, or interactive and dynamic teaching style. For this, we defined the script structure consisted of lecture motion, conditional function, user interface elements, and content control elements. To test the proposed technique, we implemented a prototype system. Lecture contents were composed using the Buddhist Culture that proposed technique was applied. As a result, we expect more efficient teaching effect rather than using traditional off-line text book and web contents.
