以基督教的支派之一景教在中國的傳播為背景,介紹目前尚鮮為人知的景教遺址———北京房山景教崇聖院———十字寺的情況及其文物遺存,初步考察、分析了該遺址的歷史價值,並通過這所中國目前發現的唯一一處景教寺院遺跡,透視景教在中國兩度興衰的宗教、文化原因和政治、經濟、社會原因。 The Nestorianism in China called Jing-jiao,It was introduced in China from the 7th-9th century. Up to now, Fangshan Chongshengyuan—Cross Temple Remains of Beijing is an only one discovered Jing-jiao temple building remains in China,but a few people know it. By the ground of Jing-jiao introduced history in China,through initial investigation to the remains,its value to historical research can be seen. And through the change of temple,the religion culture reasons and society (politic and economic) reasons of Jing-jiao two times thriving and fading in China can be known.
