Frank M. Tedesco is a lecturer in Korean Buddhism for the University of Maryland, Asian Division. He is also a researcher in contemporary lay Buddhism and Buddhist social welfare at Dongguk University. He has studied at the University of California, Berkely, the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom and the University of Pennsylvania.
