The present paper publicizes the two Dunhuang documents as had shown to the world in the 21th Century International Conference on Dunhuang Studies (2001) by the FU Si-nian Library of Taiwan “Central Academy”. They are among the many files and documents housed there that are still kept from the public. The paper discusses the possible date of the documents and their historical values. One concerns the dispatch of the Tang delegate to the Dunhuang territory and the welcome ceremony organized by the Dunhuang authorities, and the other concerns the constitution of the rebel army that later submitted to the central government.
