A general investigation of all published Dunhuang documents confirms that there are 280 manuscripts of the Suvarnaprabhasa Sutra( the Golden Light Sutra) translated by Dharmaksema, forty-one of which have just recently been identified. Most of these are incomplete scrolls or fragments, and some of them once belonged to the same manuscript. This paper focuses on the Dunhuang documents collected in the National Library of China, the British Library, and in other collections in Gansu Province, and sorts thirty-one fragments into nine groups by comparing their texts, cracks, formats, and calligraphic styles.
