從哲蚌寺藏《蝲蚌經》談敦煌藏文寫經謄抄年代=A Study on the Date of the Transcription of the Tibetan Documents from Dunhuang According to the Labang Sutra Collected in the Zhebang Temple
Copies of the Labang Sutra collected in the Zhuoka Temple and the Zhebang Temple at Longzi County in Shannan, Tibet, which was specially provided for the King of Tibet during the period of Tibetan occupation, is completely consistent in content, form, and even in the names of the copiers and revisers with the sutra Shiwan Banruo Song(Eulogies to the One Hundred Thousand Prajna), a Tibetan Buddhist scripture found in the Dunhuang Library Cave. By comparing and contrasting authorship and dates of inscription, the author has conducted a historical analysis and comes to the conclusion that, according to the inscription on the cover of the Labang Sutra, the transcription of the Shiwan Banruo Song at Dunhuang originates from no later than the reign of Khri-lde-srong-btsan, rather than the period of Khri-gtsug-lde-btsan as currently suggested by scholars.
