| 摘要 | 佛教本覺、真如緣起思想有其經典和學理上的依據, 內學院對這兩種思想的批判則失之偏頗。太虛大師以為華嚴、天臺、唯識三家對《起信論》真如緣起義的解讀都失於私蔽。他將本覺釋為無漏種子、根本無分別智與中國傳統佛教中眾生“本具智慧”的本覺觀不同，他的詮釋可以視為權宜的方便。
The concept of innate enlightenment (本觉benjue) and the concept of dependent arising of thusness (真如缘起zhenru yuanqi) have their basis in the scriptures and doctrines of Buddhism. The criticism of these two concepts by the Chinese Inner Studies Institute ( 支那内学院Zhina neixueyuan) displays a clear bias. Master Taixu thought that the interpretation of the concept of dependent arising of thusness ( 真如缘起zhenru yuanqi) in the Mahāyāna śraddhotpāda śāstra by scholars of Huayan school, Tiantai school and Consciousness-Only school was limited to the teachings of their schools and was not accurate. Additionally, Master Taixu’s interpretation of the concept of innate enlightenment (本觉benjue) as Untainted Seed and Fundamental Non-discriminating Wisdom is different from the concept of innate enlightenment ( 本觉benjue) that all living beings originally possess the wisdom in traditional Chinese Buddhism. His interpretation can be regarded as expedient convenience. |
