This study is based on Harmonious Dialectical Ideology and Self-Narrative research methodology. And the main aims are through reflective storytelling to probe the tacit knowing and praxis in dialectical between self-narrative and social practice. This research is purposed to probe the following three issues: 1. Through reflective storytelling to description and probe the history of Hsuan Chuang University (hereinafter referred to as H.C.U.) and his charity aims and values. 2. through reflective storytelling to description and probe the history about author (family, job experience). Re-examine who I am? And what does it take to make the one I am today? And what teacher and helper am I? 3. Review some experience about community works and some stories with students. And reflective those phenomena, the scope and the characteristics of contemporary college campus teacher and helper, and recount the clarification and the reflection of my experience amongst these all. Discoveries and suggestions 1. More know well about the meanings and values of the missions of H.C.U. 2. More know well about the meanings and values of myself. 3. Used the metaphor [to guard a cole-seed-oil lamp],self-narrative as reflective storytelling that can help one better understand himself, accept himself, and find a way out for himself.
