Ryuyuʼs (1773–1850) compilation of [Gorin Kuji Myo Himitsu Shaku (Secret Explication of the Mantras of the Five Wheels and the Nine Syllables) Shuu Yoki] is the only commentary on Kogyo Daishi Kakubanʼs (1095–1143) chief work [Gorin Kuji Myo Himitsu Shaku], the handwritten original of which is owned by Chisan Shoko (Kyoto, Chishaku-in Temple) and registered under [Chisan Shoko Shozou Mokuroku] Volume I, page 239, as [Gorin Kuji Myo Himitsu Shaku Shuu Yoki], copy, five volumes five books, is included in the [Chisan Zensho] and has been published.
A reprint text of the Study of Ryuyuʼs [Gorin Kuji Myo Himitsu Shaku Shuu Yoki] Compilation (1) has been contributed to the [Taisho Daigaku Shuppan-bu] No. 85 (March 2000). Later, this was renewed several times, but at the time of writing, only three-fifths has been covered, and this paper has not yet been completed. Based on these, the Study of Ryuyuʼs [Gorin Kuji Myo Himitsu Shaku Shuu Yoki] Compilation (1) has been contributed to the [Bukkyo Bunka Ronshu] Collection 12 (2017, Kawasaki Daishi Kyogaku Kenkyujo/Kawasaki Daishi Institute for Buddhist Studies), (2) to the [Chisan Gakuho] Collection 69 (2020, Chisan Kangaku Kai), (3) to the Journal of the Kawasaki Daishi Institute for Buddhist Studies Volume 5 (2020, Kawasaki Daishi Institute for Buddhist Studies), and (4) to the same journal Volume 6 (2020) as Kakikudashi-bun (transcription of Chinese classics into Japanese) with reference resources indicated.
