The Buddhism thought of Xixia Regime was the introducing and innovating result of Central Plains’ Buddhism culture, and also the result of transforming and innovation of Dangxiang nation, which was prominent expression in documents of According to Heart Figure Xiehang and Hongzhou Guru Ordinances. The Buddhist circle of Xixia Regime formed Huayan Buddhist thought that was totally different from that of the Northern Song and Liao Dynasty on the synthesized base of Zong Mi Huayan thought, Heze Buddhist and Huayan of Liao Dynasty. The Buddhist thought of Xixia was the reflection of cultural personality of Dangxiang and also the expression of cultural fusion of Dangxiang and Han.
